Villa Poggi

The villa is only a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards. Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards, in the southeast of Mallorca. The house has an excellent infrastructure.

On the ground floor there is the open living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom are available on the ground floor. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with access to the terraces. Both the terraces and the bedroom offer fantastic sea views. A bathroom is also located on the upper floor. From the terrace (approx. 300 sqm) an open staircase leads to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to Es Pontas and in direction of Cala Santanyi. All living and sleeping rooms are air-conditioned.

The pool and sun terraces are located in the garden/patio. The saltwater pool is 7.50 m long at its longest point and 3.25 m at its narrowest. With a wide entrance, it has a surface area of approx. 25 m2 and is up to 2.20 m deep. The color of the pool can be determined at night with LED lighting. A hatch opens the kitchen to the garden and the gas BBQ grill, making it easy to open the summer kitchen there. A large outdoor dining table is available. There is also a partial sea view from the garden/patio. What makes Villa Poggi special is not just the wonderful view of the sea. About 50 meters from the entrance of the house there is a staircase from which you can reach a bathing area (rocky plateau) in Cala Llombards via 80 steps. There are bathing ladders there during the bathing season. The fine sandy beach of Cala Llombards, where there is a chiringito, can be reached after a 3 to 5 minute walk. Sun loungers and parasols are also available down in Cala Llombards, but these can be rented. Each sunshade there has a private safe.

The southeast of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and bays. Here life is original but due to the well organized infrastructure the stay in the area around Santanyi is very pleasant. Restaurants and cafés are in the village, children's playgrounds, football field and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is well known and popular all over the island.
