Finca Pinar

The Finca Pinar is very idyllically situated in the middle of a pine forest and is close to the beautiful fishing port of Porto Colom on the south-east coast of Mallorca. The property is ideal for a family and group holiday.

A generous room layout offers plenty of privacy for everyone. In total there are 6 bedrooms, three of them on the ground floor, with two bathrooms, one of them bathroom en suite. Three further bedrooms are on the 1st floor, each with bathroom en suite.

A large kitchen connects to the dining area and the living room. In front of it there is a large terrace with shade and sunny spots. The pool is about 50m from the house in the middle of the beautiful garden. There is also a BBQ place at the house.

The finca has been recently renovated and furnished and is very well maintained. The furnishing is in a mallorquin modern style.
