At the foot of the mountain San Salvador lies this beautiful old finca in the middle of a nature park, full of bread trees, almonds, cypresses and olives. You can enjoy the view of the mountain and the monastery or look from the front terrace to the sea towards Porto Colom.

This typical mediterranean property has 520sqm living space, all rooms and bathrooms have central heating. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a large dining table for up to 10 people, a living room with open fireplace, TV and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In front of the main entrance is the cosy covered terrace with a large wooden table and stone bench. There is also a new gas barbecue with four burners (Broil King). Even though it is cooler, you can enjoy your dinner outside, also thanks to the radiant heater.
Opposite the terrace is another dining area with a natural stone barbecue. Behind the house you can enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. On the first floor there is another living room and three bedrooms. One of them has a terrace with sea view, the other one has a private bathroom. Two more bedrooms have their own entrance, each with its own bathroom, coffee machine and TV.

Montedor offers various retreats for relaxation, and the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca are only a few minutes away by car. Shopping is available in Felanitx, 3.5 kilometres away, or in the picturesque harbour town of Porto Colom, which is also known for its excellent gastronomy.
